As you can probably guess my wife gave birth (a little early as it turned out) to a baby boy, who we have named Nicholas David Smallridge.

He was a healthy 7lbs and 1oz and aside from the usual initial learning curve of "Nipple? what the heck do I do with that?" Smile he has started to sort out his skillset and get on with the job of sleeping, feeding and pooping like a trooper..

The down side is that I've had a full week of hospital visits so CalPro development time was sidelined but on the up side I'll be doing mini-bursts now that I'll need to spend more time at home on an organised basis.

Anyway... He's an absolute beauty of a baby and as he's the first, we're naturally over the moon and learning the ropes the hard way...

.. and yes, sleep? what's that then? Wink
