Calendar Lite

This is the original add-on script that provides Calendar functions integrated with the phpBB2 forum script.

Features includes:

Access Limitation options:
- Restrict/allow anonymous access
- Authenticated events (require Admin validation)
- Create 'trusted' groups that can add events without Admin validation
Give a group of users moderation rights over the calendar without making them a Forum Admin
Turn phpBB2 standard header info (last logged on, etc...) on/off
Specify the week start (Sunday or Monday)
